We supply laptops, desktops, workstations, tablets, servers and firewalls, mostly from Dell and Apple, with Lenovo where it suits. Each one is chosen for the person using it, and if you want, we set it up with your software before it arrives. Leases start from 12 months, with prices from RM 79 per unit per month. You can also buy outright with the same support.

The brands we know best

We could sell you almost anything. We stick to a few brands because we know them well: which models hold up, which settings to change before staff get them, and how to get a warranty part moving when it is stuck.

With Apple, what we supply most. We know the Latitude range well enough to tell you where the extra money goes and where it does not, and Precision is what we recommend for CAD and rendering. If you want them ready to use, we load your software and update the BIOS and drivers before delivery. Either way we record each service tag against its user, so a warranty call to Dell takes minutes instead of an afternoon.

LenovoThinkPad · ThinkCentre · ThinkStation

ThinkPads are the laptops staff tend to ask to keep when the lease comes up: good keyboards, strong hinges, easy to repair. We can set the BIOS password, turn on encryption and install your standard software for you, and if one needs a part, we deal with Lenovo so you do not have to.

AppleMacBook Air · MacBook Pro · iMac · iPad

With Dell, what we supply most, for design teams, management and anyone who already works on a Mac. If you use Apple Business Manager, we enrol each device before it ships, so it sets itself up when the user signs in, and a lost MacBook can be locked and wiped from anywhere.

NVIDIARTX workstations · GPU servers

For CAD, BIM, rendering, video and AI work, the graphics card matters more than anything else in the box. We ask which software you run and how big the files get, then fit the RTX card that suits it rather than the most expensive one. GPU servers for rendering or AI are sized the same way, and leasing them spreads a large bill over the life of the project.

Every laptop we deliver can go out with its keyboard, mouse and headset in the same box, on the same lease. For meeting rooms we set up Logitech video kits for Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, so a call starts with one tap instead of ten minutes of cables.

From the first call to the end of the lease

01We ask what it is for

Before talking about quantities, we find out what each machine will be used for. A reception desktop and a CAD workstation need very different specifications, and buying them the same way usually means paying too much for one and too little for the other.

02You get a written quotation

Every line shows the model, specification and price, with the monthly lease rate next to the outright price, so you can compare both on one page.

03We set them up, if you want us to

If you have your own IT team, the machines come to you as they are. If not, we install your standard software, join them to your domain, encrypt them, asset-tag them and give you a copy of the equipment register.

04We deliver and install

Our own team delivers and sets everything up at a time that suits your office. We can collect and securely wipe your old machines on the same visit.

05We support you throughout

If something goes wrong, you call us, not a third party. We handle warranty claims with the manufacturer, and if a repair would leave someone without a machine, we lend a replacement.

06At the end of the lease

You can upgrade, extend or return the equipment. If you upgrade, we move your data across, wipe the old units and take them away.

Questions we often get

Should we lease or buy outright?

It depends on how you prefer to pay for equipment. Buying costs less overall and the equipment is yours from the start. Leasing keeps cash in the business and spreads the cost into fixed monthly payments. We quote both side by side so you can decide with real numbers.

Which brands do you supply?

Mostly Dell and Apple for computers, with Lenovo where it suits, NVIDIA graphics in workstations, Logitech for meeting rooms and peripherals, TP-Link for switches and Wi-Fi, and Palo Alto Networks for firewalls. These are the brands we know best and can support properly ourselves. We also supply HP, and if your company already uses one brand, we will stick with it. As an authorised reseller, everything we supply carries the full manufacturer warranty.

What happens if a machine fails?

Call or message us. We deal with the manufacturer on the warranty claim, and if the repair would leave someone without a machine, we lend a replacement.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We are happy to quote a single laptop. For larger orders, talk to us about the rate.

Can we add units during the term?

Yes. Extra units are added at the same rate. Reducing the number of units during a lease is discussed case by case.

What happens to our data?

It stays yours. When machines are replaced or returned, we move your data to the new units and wipe the old ones before they leave your office.

Can you support hardware we already own?

Yes. We can support the machines you already have and replace them as they get old. Leasing only applies to equipment we supply.

What lease terms are available?

Leases start from 12 months. Tell us how long you expect to keep the equipment and we will quote the monthly rate that fits.
