ThinkPads are the laptops staff tend to ask to keep when the lease comes up: good keyboards, strong hinges, easy to repair. We lease them to companies across the Klang Valley, with ThinkCentre desktops and ThinkStation workstations alongside. Leases start from 12 months, with laptops from RM 99 per unit per month, or you can buy outright with the same support.

We have looked after fleets of ThinkPads from delivery day through to the end of the lease, and swapped out enough keyboards and batteries to know what wears first.

Secured and set up before delivery

Some clients have their own IT team and just want the machines. Others want them ready to hand to staff. You choose.

Before delivery
  • We can set the BIOS password, turn on encryption and install your standard software for you.
  • If one needs a part, we deal with Lenovo so you do not have to.
  • We can asset-tag every unit and add it to your equipment register.
  • If a repair would leave someone without a laptop, we lend a replacement.

We are an authorised reseller for the major brands, so every unit is covered by the local manufacturer warranty. Leases start from 12 months, or you can buy outright.

Can we lease just one ThinkPad?

Yes. There is no minimum order, and we are happy to quote a single unit.

How much does it cost to lease a ThinkPad?

Laptop leases start from RM 99 per unit per month for an entry specification. Higher specifications are quoted exactly, with the monthly lease rate next to the outright price.

What lease terms are available?

Leases start from 12 months. Tell us how long you expect to keep the machines and we will quote the monthly rate that fits.

Is the Lenovo warranty included?

Yes. Every unit comes with the full manufacturer warranty, and we deal with Lenovo on the warranty claim for you.

Can you encrypt them before delivery?

Yes. We can set the BIOS password, turn on disk encryption and install your standard software before the ThinkPads reach your office.

What happens at the end of the lease?

You can upgrade, extend or return the equipment. If you upgrade, we move your data across, wipe the old units and take them away.
